Laporan tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai proses pengolahan arsip perizinan yang ada di Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi arsip perizinan, pengolahan arsip perizinan, sarana prasarana yang digunakan, dan kendala dalam kegiatan pengolahan arsip perizinan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga metode. Pertama, metode observasi partisipasi dengan pengamatan dan mengikuti kegiatan pengolahan arsip perizinan secara langsung. Metode kedua yaitu wawancara dengan narasumber untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih dalam mengenai pengolahan arsip perizinan. Metode ketiga studi pustaka, yaitu dengan mengumpulkan dan membaca literatur yang berhubungan dengan tema penulisan tugas akhir. Kesimpulan dari laporan ini adalah pengolahan arsip perizinan di KP2TSP DIY sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari adanya sistem penataan dan penyimpanan arsip berdasarkan tahun, sektor, dan jenis izin. Kendala yang menghambat kelancaran pelaksanaan pengolahan arsip perizinan adalah sarana prasarana yang belum memadai, sumber daya manusia yang kurang kompeten dan belum adanya bantuan aplikasi untuk pengolahan arsip perizinan.

This final report describe about the processing of licensing records in Kantor Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu Satu Pintu Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The purpose of this final report is to identify the condition of records licensing, processing of licensing records, facility and infrastructure that are used, and the constraint in the processing of licensing records. Methods of data collection completed with three method. First, the method of participatory observation which is done by observation and take part in processing of licensing records activities directly. The second method is interview with resource persons to get more information about the processing of licensing records. The third method is book research by collecting and reading the literature related to the theme of the final project. The conclusion of this final report is the processing of licensing records in KP2TSP DIY has been done well. It can be seen from the system of arrangement and storage of records by year, sector, and type of license. The constraint that obstruct the processing of licensing records are insufficient infrastructure, lack of competent human resources and the absence of application assistance for the processing of licensing records.
