RSUD Wates memiliki berbagai unit organisasi yang berfungsi sebagai wadah kegiatan manajemen dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, salah satu unit diantaranya adalah instalasi rekam medis. Studi pendahuluan menunjukkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan tugas, petugas rekam medis diatur dengan job description, namun dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan masih ada petugas yang melaksanakan kerja tidak sesuai dengan job descriptin yang sudah ditentukan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti tentang Pelaksanaan Job Description Perekam Medis Berdasarkan Struktur Organisasi dan Kompetensi Perekam Medis di RSUD Wates Tahun 2017.

RSUD Wates has various organizational units that function as a container of management activities in order to achieve the goals set, one of the unitosi is the installation of medical records. Preliminary study shows the existence of the duty, the medical recorder with job description, but in the implementation in the field there are still officers who perform work not in accordance with the job descriptin that has been determined. Based on these search results, researchers interested to know about the Implementation of Medical Record Job Description at Wates Hospital Year 2017.
