DAMPAK MODA OJEK TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN ANGKUTAN UMUM DI PROVINSI DKI JAKARTA

Keberadaan ojek sebagai salah satu moda transportasi memberikan dampak terhadap penggunaan angkutan umum. Selain ojek konvensional, saat ini juga telah berkembang ojek online sebagai hasil inovasi dalam penyediaan layanan transportasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi antara ojek konvensional maupun ojek online dengan tingkat penggunaan angkutan umum di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Untuk mengetahui korelasi antara ojek dengan angkutan umum tersebut digunakan metode analisis Model Persamaan Struktural. Kuesioner disebarkan dengan dua cara yakni secara online dan dengan bantuan surveyor yang melakukan wawancara langsung kepada responden. Data yang diperoleh yakni sebanyak 419 data. Adapun dalam penelitian ini terdapat 5 variabel eksogen dan 8 variabel endogen. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi penggunaan ojek konvensional berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,696 terhadap frekuensi penggunaan ojek online. Frekuensi penggunaan ojek online berpengaruh negatif sebesar -0,497 terhadap frekuensi penggunaan ojek konvensional, tetapi berpengaruh positif sebesar 0,468 terhadap frekuensi penggunaan angkutan umum. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ojek konvensional mendukung penggunaan ojek online dan penggunaan ojek online bersifat pengganti terhadap penggunaan ojek konvensional. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan ojek online mendukung penggunaan angkutan umum.

The existence of motorcycle taxi as one of transportation modes gives impact on the use of public transportation. Besides conventional motorcycle taxi, online motorcycle taxi is growing as a result of innovation in the provision of transportation services nowadays. This research aimed to find the correlation between conventional motorcycle taxi and online motorcycle taxi with level of public transportation usage in DKI Jakarta province. Structural Equation Modeling used as analysis methods to find the correlation between motorcycle taxi and public transportation. Questionnaires were distributed in two ways, by online and direct interviews to respondents with the help of surveyors. The data obtained are as much as 419 data. This research contained 5 (five) exogenous variables and 8 (eight) endogenous variables. The results of this research indicate that the frequency of conventional motorcycle taxi usage has a positive effect by 0,696 to the frequency of online motorcycle taxi usage. Frequency of online motorcycle taxi usage gives negative contribute by -0,497 to the frequency of conventional motorcycle taxi usage, but it has positive impact by 0,468 to frequency of public transportation usage. These results suggest that conventional motorcycle taxi usage supports online motorcycle taxi usage, and online motorcycle taxi usage is a substitute for conventional motorcycle taxi usage. The results of the analysis also represent that online motorcycle taxi usage supports public transportation usage.
