PENGOLAHAN ARSIP DINAMIS INAKTIF DI UNIT KEARSIPAN I KEMENTERIAN SEKRETARIAT NEGARA REPUBLIK INDONESIA

Laporan tugas akhir berjudul Pengolahan Arsip Dinamis Inaktif di Unit Kearsipan I Kementerian Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia merupakan hasil pengumpulan data dari Praktik Kerja Lapangan yang dilakukan di Setneg RI. Pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif di lingkungan Setneg RI menjadi tanggung jawab bagian arsip, biro tata usaha sekretariat kementerian Setneg RI. Tahapan sebelum pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif dilakukan transfer arsip dari arsip semi aktif ke arsip dinamis inaktif di Unit Kearsipan I. Pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif diawali dari pemilihan, penilaian, deskripsi, pemberian kode dan nomor simpan, manuver kartu deskripsi, input kartu deskripsi ke komputer, manuver fisik, pembuatan daftar arsip, pemeriksaan daftar arsip, hingga penyimpanan arsip dalam roll o�pack. Ruang lingkup yang akan dibahas dalam laporan tugas akhir ini, yaitu kegiatan transfer arsip, pengolahan arsip dinami inaktif, sarana dan prasarana, dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam melakukan pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif. Metode pengumpulan data pada laporan dilakukan menggunakan tiga metode. Metode pertama yaitu metode observasi partisipasi yang dilakukan dengan mengamati objek secara langsung di lapangan. Metode kedua adalah metode wawancara yang dilakukan guna memperoleh tambahan informasi lebih detail melalui sumber terpercaya dalam bidang terkait. Metode ketiga adalah studi pustaka, metode ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data teori dari bahan pustaka guna memperoleh sumber literatur yang relevan dalam memperkuat argumen penulis terhadap topik kajian. Kesimpulan dari laporan ini bahwa pengolahan arsip dinamis inaktif di Unit Kearsipan I Kementerian Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Sekretaris Negara Nomor 23 Tahun 2015. Sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan sudah sesuai dengan yang ada di Peraturan Menteri Sekretaris Negara No. 23 Tahun 2015. Kendala yang terjadi yaitu, kesalahan dalam input data arsip dari kartu deskripsi ke komputer dan terjadinya dobel copy paste dalam penggabungan file input kartu deskripsi.

This paper is titled as Inactive Record Processing at Unit Kearsipan I Kementerian Sekretariat Negara Republik Indonesia is the result of data collection from the Field Work Practice conducted in the Setneg RI. Inactive record processing in the environment of Setneg RI is the responsibility of bagian arsip, biro tata usaha sekretariat kementerian Setneg RI. Stage before the inactive record processing done is transfer record from semi active record to inactive record in Unit Kearsipan I. Inactive record processing begins with selecting, rating, description, coding and save number, card maneuver description, input description card to computer, physical maneuver, creating record list, record list verification, until arrange inactive record in roll o'pack. The scope of which will be discussed in this final project report, namely the activity of record transfer, inactive record processing, facilities and infrastructure, and constraints faced in performing inactive record processing. Data collection method in this paper is carried out by three methods. The first method is a participant observation method which is performed by observing the object directly on the field. The second method is an interview method which is done to gain additional information that is more detailed from the trusted source related to the field. The third method is literary research which is done by gathering theories from literatures and books to get relevant sources in strengthening author's arguments toward the topic. The conclusion of this paper is that the processing of inactive record in Unit Kersipan I Setneg RI is already appropriate by the Regulation of the Minister of State Secretary No. 23 of 2015. The used facilities are already appropriate by the Regulation of the Minister of State Secretary No. 23 of 2015. The problem that occures is an error in inputting record data from index cards into computers and the occurrence of a double copy paste in the merge input file description card.
