PENGUATAN HUBUNGAN ANTARDEPARTEMEN MELALUI BULETIN KABARE TENTREM SEBAGAI MEDIA KOMUNIKASI INTERNAL DI HOTEL TENTREM YOGYAKARTA

Sesuai dengan kebutuhan sebuah hotel terhadap komunikasi internal yang kuat diperlukan suatu media komunikasi sebagai jembatan informasi antardepartemen. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui manfaat Buletin Kabare Tentrem dalam memperkuat hubungan antardepartemen di Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta, (2) Mengetahui penguatan hubungan antardepartemen melalui Buletin Kabare Tentrem di Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta. Topik utama pembahasan Tugas Akhir ini adalah mengenai penguatan hubungan antardepartemen melalui Buletin Kabare Tentrem sebagai media komunikasi internal di Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan metode partisipatoris. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi dengan pihak terkait selama tiga bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Buletin Kabare Tentrem memberikan manfaat sebagai pemberi informasi terkait kondisi terkini hotel, sarana pendidikan dan penyampaian ide, dapat mempengaruhi pembaca untuk berbuat yang terbaik serta menjadi hiburan bagi penguatan hubungan antardepartemen di Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta serta penguatan hubungan antardepartemen melalui Buletin Kabare Tentrem dapat tercapai melalui penguatan konten Kabare Tentrem, penguatan komunikasi HRD dengan departemen lain dan penguatan komunikasi internal departemen lain dengan karyawannya.

In accordance with the needs of a hotel to strong internal communication required a communication medium as a bridge of information between departments. Therefore, this study aims to: (1) Understand the benefits of Tentrem Kabare Bulletin in reinforcing relationships between departments at Tentrem Hotel Yogyakarta, (2) Understand the reinforcement of inter-departmental relationships through Tentrem Kabare Bulletin at Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta. The main topic of this Final Project is about relationship reinforcement in between departments through Bulletin Kabare Tentrem as internal communication media at Hotel Tentrem Yogyakarta. This research is included in qualitative research with participatory method. Data collection techniques in this study are using observation, interviews and documentation with related parties for three months. The result shows that the Kabare Tentrem Bulletin provides the benefit as information provider related to the recent condition of the hotel, the medium for education and delivering ideas, can influence the reader to do the best and become entertainment for the inter-departmental relationship reinforcement at Tentrem Hotel Yogyakarta and reinforcing the relationship between departments through Bulletin Kabare Tentrem can be achieved through reinforcing Tentrem Kabare content, reinforcing HRD communication with other departments and reinforcing internal communication of other departments with their employees.
