Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk., menjalankan bisnisnya dengan fokus dalam penyediaan layanan Manajemen Proses Bisnis (Business Process Management). Guna memenangkan persaingan dalam industri Manajemen Proses Bisnis baik di dalam negeri maupun di kawasan regional, PT Infomedia Nusantara perlu mengidentifikasi kondisi lingkungan eksternal dan internal perusahaan. Kondisi lingkungan eksternal meliputi kondisi lingkungan umum dianalisis menggunakan Analisis PEST dan kondisi persaingan dalam industri dianalisis menggunakan 5 Kekuatan Porter untuk mendapatkan faktor-faktor sukses kunci dalam industri Manajemen Proses Bisnis di Indonesia. Kondisi internal meliputi kondisi sumber daya dan kapabilitas dianalisis menggunakan Analisis Value Chain dan Building Blocks of Competitive Advantages untuk mengetahui keunggulan bersaing perusahaan yang merupakan modal paling kuat dari suatu perusahaan. Dengan kedua kondisi yang telah diidentifikasi tersebut maka strategi perusahaan yang paling sesuai dapat dirumuskan dengan berdasarkan Strategi Kompetitif Generik Porter. Analisis dilakukan terhadap strategi PT Infomedia Nusantara, untuk mengetahui kesesuaian strategi tersebut dengan hasil analisis terhadap kondisi eksternal dan internal perusahaan dan selanjutnya dilakukan re-formulasi strategi agar PT Infomedia Nusantara benar-benar mampu memenangkan persaingan dalam industri Manajemen Proses Bisnis di Indonesia.
PT Infomedia Nusantara (Infomedia) as one of the subsidiaries of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. And run the business with a focus on service delivery of Business Process Management. In order to win the competition in the Business Process Management industry both domestically and regionally, PT Infomedia Nusantara need to identify the external and internal environment of the company. External environmental conditions include general environmental conditions were analyzed using PEST analysis and competitive conditions in the industry are analyzed using 5 Strength Porter to get the key success factors in Business Process Management industry in Indonesia. Internal condition includes the condition of resources and capabilities analyzed using Value Chain Analysis and Building Blocks of Competitive Advantages to determine the competitive advantage of companies that are the most powerful capital of a company. With these two conditions has been identified that the most appropriate corporate strategies can be formulated based on the Generic Porter Competitive Strategy. Analysis was conducted on the strategy of PT Infomedia Nusantara, to determine the suitability of the strategy with the analysis of the company's external and internal conditions and subsequently be re-formulation of a strategy for PT Infomedia Nusantara really able to win the competition in the Business Process Management industry in Indonesia.
