Salah satu cara yang di buat oleh Hotel Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta yaitu setiap hari Sabtu tepatnya malam Minggu mengadakan "Event Ramayana Night Market". Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah Mengetahui menu buffet regular event Night Market di Kemangi Bistro Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta. Mengetahui tata letak buffet regular event Ramayana Night Market di Kemangi Bistro Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta. Metode pengambilan data adalah observasi dan wawancara. Hasil tugas akhir ini adalah hidangan yang ada di event Ramayana night market disajikan secara lengkap di atas meja buffet yang berukuran panjang mulai dari appetizer, soup, main course, dessert. Menu yang dihidangkan adalah menu tradisional. Tata letak buffet pada event night market dikelompokan berdasarkan jenis makanananya agar memudahkan para untuk mengambil makanan di buffet. Berdasarkan pembahasan penulis selama melakukan kegiatan praktek kerja lapangan di Hotel Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta , hidangan yang ada pada saat event night market disajikan secara lengkap di atas meja buffet yang berukuran panjang dan tata letak buffet dikelompokkan berdasarkan jenis makanan agar memudahkan pengunjung .
Hytat Hotel Regency Yogyakarta has strategies to increase the number of visitors to the hotel. One of that way made by Hyaat Hotel Regency Yogyakarta is every Saturday night Saturday held "Event Ramayana Night Market". The purposes of this paper are to know the regular buffet menu in event Ramayana Night Market in Kemangi Bistro Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta. Knowing the layout of buffet in event Ramayana Night Market in Kemangi Bistro Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta. Collection data methods used were observation and interview. The results of this final project showed that dish in event Ramayana night market were presented in full on the table buffet-sized lengths ranging from appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert. The menu served was traditional menu. The layout of the buffet at event Ramayana night market are grouped by type in order to make it easier for the guests to take the food in the buffet. Based on the discussion the authors for conducting field work at the Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta , the dishes were present at the event night market are presented in full on the table buffet the length and layout of the buffet are grouped by the type of food in order to facilitate visitors .
