Pengaruh Strategi Integrasi, Diversifikasi, dan Internasionalisasi Terhadap Struktur Kapital

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh strategi pada tingkat perusahaan terdahap rasio utang sebagai keputusan struktur modal perusahaan. Berdasarkan teori hirarki strategi, penelitian ini berfokus untuk menguji dampak yang ditimbulkan oleh tiga strategi pada tingkat perusahaan sebagai variabel independen dalam penelitian ini, yaitu strategi integrasi, strategi diversifikasi, dan strategi internasionalisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan nonkeuangan dan non real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2016 hingga 2020. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi data panel terdapat 242 perusahaan yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris bahwa strategi integrasi dan internasionalisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap rasio utang, sedangkan strategi diversifikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap rasio utang.

This study aims to test the effect of strategy at the corporate on the debt ratio as decision in corporate capital structure. Based on the strategy hierarchy theory, this research tests the impact caused by three strategies at the corporate level as independent variables, namely integration strategy, diversification strategy, and internationalization strategy. This study was conducted on non - financial and non - real estate companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) during the 2016 to 2020 period. Using the panel data regression method, there were 242 companies used in this study. The results of the study showed that the integration and internationalization strategy had a negative and significant effect on the debt ratio while the diversification strategy had a positive and significant effect on the debt ratio.
