Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Spiritual terhadap Kelelahan Emosional Karyawan Milenial di DIY

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual terhadap kelelahan emosional yang terjadi pada generasi milenial. Variabel inner life, kepemimpinan spiritual, kebermaknaan kerja diukur dengan Leadership Spiritual Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Fry (2010), sedangkan variabel kelelahan emosional diukur menggunakan Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey milik Schaufeli et al. (1996). Penelitian ini melibatkan 216 karyawan milenial di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda dengan SPSS Statistik 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel inner life dan kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kebermaknaan kerja dengan nilai koefisien alfa 0,609 dan 0,175. Kebermaknaan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan pada kelelahan emosional dengan koefisien alfa - 0,245. Kata Kunci : kepemimpinan spiritual, milenial, kelelahan emosional.

The study's objective aimed to analyze and examine the impact of spiritual leadership on millennials' emotional exhaustion. The variables of spiritual leadership and calling were measured by the Leadership Spiritual Scale developed by Fry (2010), while the emotional exhaustion variable was measured using the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey developed by Schaufeli et al. (1996). Research data collection was conducted on 216 millennials employees in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The research sample was taken using the purposive sampling technique. Data processing uses SPSS Statistic 22 with simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variables spiritual leadership and inner life are positively significant influence calling with coefficient of alpha 0,609 and 0,175. Furthermore, calling is negatively significant influence emotional exhaustion with coefficient of alpha -0,245. Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Millennials, Emotional Exhaustion
