Analisis Implementasi Strategi PT Sinergi Panggung Lestari dengan Rerangka Balanced Scorecard

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi strategi PT Sinergi Panggung Lestari untuk bertahan, tumbuh dan bersaing dalam industri melalui pendekatan balanced scorecard. Langkah strategis yang disusun melalui BSC dinilai cukup komprehensif karena melihat pertumbuhan melalui empat perspektif yaitu keuangan, pelanggan, proses bisnis internal, serta pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah eksploratori berupa studi kasus. Teknik wawancara secara mendalam dan analisis dokumen dilakukan guna mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa perusahaan telah merumuskan strategi dan mengalami beberapa kendala dalam mengimplementasikan strategi tersebut. Pemetaan sasaran, ukuran, target dan inisiatif strategis berdasarkan empat perspektif balanced scorecard dibentuk untuk mengarahkan manajemen dalam mencapai tujuan utama perusahaan sehingga dapat terus bertahan dan tumbuh di tengah persaingan.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the strategy implementation of Sinergi Panggung Lestari Company for surviving, well developed and compete in the industry through balanced scorecard approach. The strategic step compiled through BSC is seen to be quite comprehensive as it sees growth through four perspectives (financial, customer, business process and learning and growth). This research used exploratory method in the form of case studies research. The research using in-depth interviews to some respondents and does a study of the company's document to analyze the aspect of the research question. The result study finds the company has formulated its strategy and they experienced several obstacles in implementing the strategy. Mapping the strategic objectives, indicators, targets and initiatives based on balanced scorecard perspective was formed to lead management in achieving the company's goal, so they can sustain in survive and well developed.
