Prosedur Pembelian Tiket Reduksi Kereta Api di Stasiun Yogyakarta

Tiket reduksi kereta api adalah potongan harga tiket yang didapatkan oleh golongan tertentu sehingga dapat membeli tiket kereta api di bawah harga normal. Saat ini masih banyak orang yang belum mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pembelian tiket reduksi kereta api khususnya di Stasiun Yogyakarta. Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi siapa golongan penumpang yang bisa mendapatkan tiket reduksi kereta api, berapa besaran reduksi yang didapatkan, dan bagaimana prosedur pembelian tiket reduksi di Stasiun Yogyakarta. Metode penulisan penelitian ini adalah dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa golongan penumpang yang berhak mendapatkan tiket reduksi adalah Infant, Lansia, LVRI, TNI, Polri, Fokuswanda, Wartawan, Pegawai KAI, Keluarga Pegawai KAI, dan Pensiunan Pegawai KAI. Besaran tiket reduksi adalah 100% untuk infant, 20% untuk lansia, 50% atau 30% untuk LVRI, 25% atau 50% untuk TNI, 20% atau 50% untuk Polri, 10% untuk Fokuswanda, 20% untuk wartawan, 50% atau 75% untuk pegawai KAI, 50% untuk keluarga pegawai KAI, dan 50% untuk pensiunan pegawai KAI. Penumpang yang membeli tiket reduksi wajib membeli tiket melalui loket stasiun keberangkatan yakni Stasiun Yogyakarta, memberikan identitas dan wajib menyertakan fotocopy identitas kepada petugas loket. Setelah mendapatkan tiket, wajib cetak tiket boarding pass.

Reduction tickets are discounted tickets for certain groups so they can buy train tickets less than the normal price. Currently, many people do not know how the procedure of purchasing reduction tickets, especially at Yogyakarta Station. The aims of this paper are to provide information who are the passengers who can buy reductions ticket, how much the amount of reduction, and how the reduction procedures at Yogyakarta Station. This research used qualitative descriptive method. The collecting data techniques were observation, interview, literature study, and documentation. The results of the research showed that passangers who can buy reduction tickets are Infant, Lansia, LVRI, TNI, Polri, Fokuswanda, journalist, KAI employees, family's of KAI employees, and retired of KAI employees. The reductions price are 100% for infant, 20% for lansia, 50% or 30 for LVRI, 25% or 50% for TNI, 20% or 50% for Polri, 10% for Fokuswanda, 20% for journalist, 50% or 75% for KAI employees, 50% for family's of KAI employees, and 50% for retired of KAI employees. Passangers must buy reductions ticket via departure station counter Yogyakarta Station. Then they should provide the identity and also the copy of identity to the counter officer and print the boarding pass.
