KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR PROPERTI YANG TERDAFTAR DI LQ 45 DENGAN METODE NILAI TAMBAH PASAR (MVA) PERIODE 2010-2014

Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan menggunakan metode Market Value Added (MVA) pada perusahaan di industri properti yang terdaftar di LQ 45 periode 2010-2014. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan 5 perusahaan properti yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Perhitungan MVA pada 5 perusahaan properti bernilai positif (MVA>0). Hasil dari perhitungan MVA selama periode 2010-2014 pada 5 perusahaan masih terdapat kenaikan dan penurunan nilai MVA. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan telah mampu menciptakan nilai tambah perusahaan dan meningkatkan kekayaan pemegang saham.

The purpose of this paper is to measure the financial performance of companies using the Market Value Added (MVA) on companiesin industrial properties listed in LQ 45 period 2010-2014. The data of this study obtained secondary data from company financial statements 5 properties of the research sample. MVA calculations on five property companies is positive (MVA> 0). Results from the MVA calculation during the period 2010-2014 in five companies there are increases and decreases in the value of MVA. The conclusion from this research that the company has been able to create value added for the company and increase shareholder wealth.
