Pengaruh pemberian kompensasi dan peran penyelia terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Intirub Jakarta

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adaiah untiik mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat iTiempengaruhi dan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini hanya meneliti faktor kompensasi dan faktor penyelia. pemilihan kedua faktor tersebut dilakukan dengan pertimbangan bahwa kedua faktor tersebut diatas merupakan faktor yang paling dominan diantara faktor-faktor yang lainnya, Penelitian ini menggunakan alat uji statistik Kaiser-Meiyer-Olkin (KMO) and Bartlett's test, Alpha Cronbach, Carl Pearson dan regresi linear sederhana. Responden berjumlah 100 orang yang diambil dari karyawan tetap bagian produksi dengan jumlah 312 orang karyawan. Dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel probability random sampling. Dari basil analisa yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa faktor penyelia paling dominan pengaruhnya bila dibandingkan faktor kompensasi dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan di FT. INTIRUB. The purpose of this research are for knowing the factors that can influence and increase the productivity of employees worked. In this research are only discuss about the compensation factor and the supervisor factor. The reason why both factors are chosen is because that both factors are the most dominant between the other factors. This research is using statistic research instrument of Kaiser-Meiyer-Olkin (KMO) and Bartiett's test. Alpha Cronbach, Carl Pearson and the simple linear regression. Total of the respondent are 100 persons and it tooks from the permanent employee of production sector with total of 312 employees by using the probability random sampling method. From the analysis we have done, it is found out that the supervisor factor is the most dominant than the compensation factor for influence and increasing the productivity of employees worked in PT.
