Pengaruh Keterlibatan Eksekutif Dalam Manajemen Teknologi Informasi Terhadap Penggunaan Berkelanjutan Teknologi Informasi: Studi Kasus di Pemda DIY

Penerapan teknologi informasi tidak hanya pada sektor bisnis, tetapi juga terdapat pada sektor publik khususnya untuk menunjang pemberian pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan eksekutif atau pimpinan pada kantor pemerintah, yaitu Pemda DIY yang telah menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk melihat aspek keperilakuan pimpinan sebagai pemakai sistem yang mempengaruhi persepsi dan sikap dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini menggabungkan dan mengembangkan model yang dibangun oleh Ives dan Jarvenpaa yang berjudul Executive Involvement and Participation in the Management of Information Technology pada tahun 1991, dengan menambahkan variabel niat berperilaku (behavioral intention) dan komitmen untuk menggunakan (commitment to use) sebagai faktor pemediasi.

The application of information technology is not only limited to the business sector, but also to public sector, in particular to support the service provision to the community. In the present research, the executives or leaders of the government office were used, namely the local government of Special Region of Yogyakarta who had utilized information technology to view the aspect of leadership behavior as the system�¢ï¿½ï¿½s users affecting perception and attitude in the use of information technology. The research combined and developed the model built by Ives and Jarvenpaa in 1991, by subjoining variables of behavioral intention and commitment using the system as the mediating factor.
