SISTEM INFORMASI PERSEDIAAN STOK DARAH DI PMI KOTA YOGYAKARTA BERBASIS ANDROID

Darah merupakan salah satu komponen vital yang bagi manusia. Darah dibutuhkan untuk kondisi tertentu, seperti kecelakaan, operasi, transfusi darah untuk pasien kanker dan lain sebagainya. Namun darah akan terasa sulit dicari apabila stok darah di rumah sakit tertentu habis, sedangkan darah siap pakai harus segera didapatkan. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan darah ideal di Indonesia sepanjang tahun 2013 mencapai 4.956.741 kantong. Namun kebutuhan tersebut baru bisa dipenuhi sebanyak 2.476.389 kantong (diolah dari laporan tahunan UTD PMI oleh Pusdatin Kemenkes, 2013). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan stok darah di PMI Kota Yogyakarta berbasis Android bernama Sitora. Data yang digunakan juga langsung diperoleh dari pihak PMI yang kemudian diubah ke dalam struktur data JSON sebelum akhirnya dikonversi dan ditampilkan pada layar android. Sitora ini lalu diujicobakan kepada beberapa masyarakat yang diambil secara acak, untuk mengetahui keefektifitasan dan respon masyarakat terhadap sistem informasi penyedia darah ini. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Sitora dapat membantu dan memudahkan pencarian dan penyajian informasi stok darah secara real time, khususnya wilayah Kota Yogyakarta. Selain itu, sistem informasi ini menyediakan informasi prosedur minta darah di PMI Kota Yogyakarta, menampilkan informasi acara donor darah sebagai bentuk aksi nyata untuk menggalakkan donor sukarela, panggilan darurat ke Yes118, kontak PMI dan menampilkan peta menuju kantor PMI, serta dapat mengirimkan feedback ke developer.

Blood is one of the vital components for humans. Blood is needed for certain conditions, such as accidents, surgery, blood transfusions for cancer patients and others. But the blood will be felt hard to find when the blood stocks in particular hospital discharged, while the blood ready to be immediately obtained. Facts show that the ideal blood needs in Indonesia during the year 2013 reached 4,956,741 bags. But these needs can only be met as much as 2,476,389 bags (compiled from annual reports UTD PMI by the Ministry of Health Media Centre, 2013) This study uses a waterfall to make the information system supplies blood stock in the Android-based PMI Yogyakarta City named Sitora. The data used is also directly derived from the PMI which is then converted into JSON data structure before being converted and displayed on the android. Then Sitora tested to some people taken at random, to determine the effectiveness and public response to this blood information system providers. The conclusions of this study are Sitora can assist and facilitate the search and presentation of information in real time blood stocks, particularly the city of Yogyakarta. In addition, this information system provides information procedure requested blood in PMI Yogyakarta, information displays blood donor program as a real action to promote voluntary donors, emergency calls to Yes118, contact PMI and ask some questions to PMI, and can send feedback to developers.
