HUBUNGAN ANTARA WORK LIFE BALANCE DAN PERSEPSI KEPEMIMPINAN AUTENTIK DENGAN STRES KERJA PADA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL

Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui hubungan antara work life balances dan kepemimpinan autentik dengan stres kerja secara langsung maupun tidak langsung pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah. Sebanyak 169 PNS telah melengkapai self report kuisioner yang mengukur stres kerja, work life balances, dan kepemimpinan autentik. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi ganda, uji T-Test, Anova One Way, and Product Moment Correlation. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balances dan kepemimpinan autentik dapat memprediksi stres kerja (F = 36,973;p<0,05). Hipotesis penelitian ini diterima. Usia, jenis kelamin, dan tingkat pendidikan tidak memiliki perbedaan dalam mengukur stres kerja.
Occupational stress is formed by lack of reciprocity between efforts spent and rewards received. This study aimed to explore direct and indirect relationship between work life balances and authentic leadership with occupational stress among civil servants of Purworejo, Central Java. Totally 169 civil servants completed a self report questionnaire including three scale measuring civil servants stress, work life balances, and authentic leadership. The data were analyzed with multiple regression, T-Test, Annova One Ways, and Product Moment Correlation. The results revealed that between work life balances and authentic leadership could predict occupational stress (F = 36,973;p<0,05). The hypothesis was accepted. Age, gender, and education did not differ with occupational stress.
