PENGARUH PELATIHAN CCD (Care for Child Development) PADA KADER TERHADAP KUALITAS ASUHAN IBU

Latar belakang: Anak harus mampu melewati proses tumbuh kembang yang optimal pada usia awal agar mencapai potensi penuh untuk berkembang. Pelatihan CCD (care for child development) diharapkan mampu meningkatkan sensitivitas keterampilan dan respon dalam praktik pengasuhan termasuk dalam pemberian makan, merawat anak yang sakit. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi pengaruh pelatihan CCD terhadap kualitas asuhan ibu. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi-experiment dengan pendekatan pretest dan postest nonequivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 27 kader berusia kurang dari 50 tahun, dan 110 ibu yang mempunyai balita usia 6 bulan sampai dengan 5 tahun di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mantrijeron dan Kota Gede II Kota Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian direkrut dengan menggunakan teknik cluster. Subjek penelitian dibagi dua, yaitu kelompok intervensi kader (n = 13) yang diberikan pelatihan tentang CCD selama dua hari dan ibu (n = 55). Kelompok kontrol kader (n = 14) hanya diberikan pemaparan materi CCD dan pemutaran video CCD dan ibu (n = 55). Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner dan lembar observasi IRS (interaction rating scale). Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu paired t-test, independent t-test. Hasil: terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna skor kualitas asuhan ibu sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan konseling kader sebesar 9.61 (p = 0.00). Kesimpulan: pelatihan CCD (care for child development) dapat meningkatkan keterampilan kader dalam memberikan konseling sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas asuhan ibu.

Background of Study: Child must get through the process of optimal growth in the early age and reach the potension to grow. CCD (care for child development) care is expected to able to increase the sensitivity and respond skills in child care including the food giving, caring the sick child. Objective: Identifiying the influence of the quality of mother care after getting the cadre counceling in CCD training. Method: This research used the quasi-experiment with approach in pretest and posttest nonequivalent controlled group design. The subject of the research was 27 cadres that the age were under 50, and 110 mothers that having children from 6 months to five years in Community Health Centre in Mantrijeron and Kota Gede II Yogyakarta. The subjects of the research were recruited with the cluster technique. The sucjects were divided into two, that were group with cadres intervension (n = 13) which were given training about CCD for two days and mothers (n = 55). The cadres controlled group (n = 14) that were given about CCD materials and watching video about CCD and mothers (n = 55). The instruments that were used were quesioners and IRS (interaction rating scale) observation sheet. The statistic test that was used were paired t-test, independent t-test. Result: It was found that there was significant difference in the score of mother less tha s care quality before and after getting the cadre counceling 9.61 (p = 0.00). Conclusion: The CCD (Care for Child Development) can increase the cadre skill in giving counceling, so it can increase the quality of mothers care.
