Penelitian Tinjauan Etika Bisnis terhadap Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Pekerja Paruh Waktu Movie Box Seturan Yogyakarta (2016) bertujuan untuk mengetahui preferensi moral yang hadir pada pekerja paruh waktu dalam menghadapi perbedaan situasi pekerjaan dengan SOP yang telah diatur oleh perusahaan. Inti persoalan pada perbedaan tersebut adalah konflik etis pekerja untuk mengikuti SOP, yang berarti tidak menghiraukan situasi yang berbeda, atau menjalankan prinsip moral untuk tetap melayani konsumen dengan standar pelayanan. Movie Box dipilih sebagai contoh kasus refleksi dengan alasan masih bertahannya institusi tersebut selama 11 tahun dengan mengandalkan pekerja paruh waktu sebagai salah satu kekuatan utama (95% dari seluruh rasio karyawan). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian filsafat mengenai masalah aktual dengan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi partisipan dan kajian pustaka. Penelitian ini dijalankan dengan langkah berikut: pertama peneliti melakukan observasi dengan masuk ke lokasi serta mengumpukan data dan bahan-bahan kepustakaan yang berkaitan. Kedua, memberikan analisis kritis filosofis berdasar teori etika bisnis yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa moral berasal dari diri masing-masing persona manusia yang hadir tanpa paksaan dan hadir dari keinginan tulus manusia. Begitu juga halnya dengan pekerja paruh waktu, tindakan moral menjadi faktor utama yang hadir sebagai implementasi yang konkrit dalam pekerjaan. Hal tersebutlah yang membuat para pekerja paruh waktu tetap melakukan standar pelayanan walaupun dalam situasi tanpa SOP.

Research Overview of the Business Ethics on Movie Box�s Part-time Workers Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Seturan Yogyakarta (2016) aims to determine the moral preferences of part-time workers to face the differences between working situation and SOP which is set by the company. The core issues in these differences are ethical conflicts of the workers to follow standard operating procedure, which means ignoring other circumstances, or have a moral principle to continue to serve customers with high service standards. Movie Box is selected as an example of reflection case since it has still survived the persistence of the institution for 11 years by relying on part-time workers aspect as one of the main strengths (95% of all employees ratio). . This research is philosophical research about the actual problem with participant observation and literature study as the data collecting methods. The research was carried out with the following steps: first, researcher conducted observations by coming into the site then gathering data and materials related to literature. Second, the research provides a philosophical critical analysis based on existing business ethics theory. The result showed that morality comes from each human persona without any coercion and with a sincere desire of man. So the part-time workers case does, moral action becomes the main factor which presences as a concrete implementation in working. This is what exactly makes part-time workers still implement service standard, even in situation without SOP.
