PENGUJIAN PENGARUH LEVERAGE, DIVIDEND DAN OWNERSHIP CONCENTRATION TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN YANG DIMODERASI OLEH GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh leverage, dividend dan ownership concentration terhadap nilai perusahaan yang dimoderasi oleh growth opportunities. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semua perusahaan publik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2005-2014 yang berjumlah 187 perusahaan, kecuali yang bergerak di sektor keuangan. Hasil temuan empiris dalam penelitian menunjukan bahwa leverage, dividend dan ownership concentration berpengaruh positif (negatif) terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan dengan low (high) growth opportunities. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Generalized Least Square (GLS) dengan bantuan program Eviews 8.1

The study aims at testing the influence of leverage, dividend and ownwership concentration to firm value that moderate by growth opportunities. The subject of this study were 187 firm that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2005-2014 period, except financial sector. The empirical study shows that leverage, dividend and ownership concentration positively (negatively) affected firm value, when the firm have low (high) growth opportunities. The hypothesis tested by Generalized Least Square (GLS) using Eviews 8.1 programs.
