Kajian Usaha Laundry di Dusun Pogung Kidul Desa Sinduadi Kecamatan Mlati

Pogung Kidul merupakan dusun yang berdekatan dengan salah satu perguruan tinggi di Yogyakarta. Keberadaan mahasiswa pada Dusun Pogung Kidul menciptakan munculnya berbagai usaha, contohnya usaha laundry. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui (1) karakteristik pelaku usaha, (2) persebaran usaha (3) faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi jalannya usaha. Responden adalah pemilik usaha dengan populasi 53 usaha laundry. 30 responden didapat menggunakan rumus slovin, pemilihan responden menggunakan sistem acak sederhana. Analisis penelitian ini secara deskripsi dengan menggunakan tabel frekwensi dan analisis data silang. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) pelaku usaha laundry merupakan golongan usia produktif kebanyakan berada pada usia 26 - 30 tahun, dengan jenis kelamin didominasi perempuan, memiliki tingkat pendidikan SMA, memiliki beban tanggungan keluarga > 1 orang. (2) Lokasi persebaran usaha laundry adalah di pinggir jalan dan mengumpul pada Rw. 49. (3) Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi jalannya usaha laundry dalam penelitian ini adalah pendidikan, letak lokasi usaha, lamanya usaha berjalan dan usia pengusaha.

Pogung Kidul is one of the hamlets that were located adjacent to one of the universities in Yogyakarta. The existence of students at the Pogung Kidul Hamlet creates the appearance of various businesses, one of it is a laundry business. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the characteristics laundry businesses in the Pogung Kidul Hamlet, (2) the distribution of the laundry business in Pogung Kidul Hamlet (3) operational factors laundry business in Pogung Kidul Hamlet. Respondents in this study is the owner of a laundry business in Pogung Kidul Hamlet with a total population of 53 laundry business. The number of respondents who were 30 respondents obtained by using slovin formula, while for the selection of respondents using simple random system. The analysis in this study is the description by using frequency tables and cross data analysis. The research results obtained are (1) Owner of laundry businesses in the Pogung Kidul Hamlet are on the productive age group at age 26 - 30 years, dominated by female, have a high school education level, have a load of family responsibility > 1 person. (2) Have a business location lies on the side of the road and gather in Rw. 49. (3) Factors that affect laundry business in this research are education level, business location, how long opened the business and age of the laundry owner.
