Evaluasi Rencana Proses Pembelajaran Untuk Peningkatan Kualitas Lulusan Pendidikan Tinggi Di Program Studi Agronomi Fakultas Pertanian UGM

2015 | Tesis | S2 MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN TINGGIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) melakukan evaluasi dan analisis terhadap program rencana proses pembelajaran di Prodi S1 agronomi untuk peningkatan kualitas lulusan. (2) memetakan rencana pengembangan dari implementasi program rencana proses pembelajaran untuk peningkatan kualitas lulusan pendidikan tinggi di Program Studi S1 Agronomi. (3) memberikan rekomendasi pengembangan dari implementasi program rencana proses pembelajaran untuk peningkatan kualitas lulusan pendidikan tinggi di Program Studi S1 Agronomi. Metode penelitian menggunakan mixed method dengan pendekatan model concurrent triangulation, berdasarkan jenis data primer dan data sekunder. Data sekunder dievaluasi secara kualitatif, kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Data primer dengan cara melakukan wawancara terstruktur (Indepth Interview). Sampel yang menjadi responden adalah 20 mata kuliah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) posisi strategis Prodi Agronomi sudah baik, yakni berada pada kuadran I-agresif. Hal ini dapat digambarkan sebagai situasi yang paling menguntungkan (Growth Oriented Strategy) karena Prodi Agronomi mempunyai kekuatan dan peluang dari eksternal yang lebih dominan. (2) program rencana proses pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan sudah baik, namun masih terdapat kelemahan dalam pelaksanaan sehingga perlu dilakukan rencana pengembangan dari implementasi program.
Competition bind in the world of educational become tighter among international as competition increase in program Asean Economic Society 2015. This case encourage the college to carry out various strategies in implement learning process program as means of increase the output qualities in order to be able to compete in national and international. This study is intended to investigate: (1) Adjust evaluation and analysis about programme on learning process plan of Undergraduate Agronomic Department in raising the output qualities. (2) Mapping the development plan in implement programme on learning process plan in raising the output qualities of Undergraduate Agronomic Department. (3) Recommended the development plan in implement programme on learning process plan in raising the output qualities of Undergraduate Agronomic Department. Research methods use a mixed method with a model approach concurrent triangulation, based on the both primary and secondary data. Secondary data is evaluated as qualitative then is analyzed as quantitative by using SWOT analysis quantitative method and SPSS version 21 in statistic descriptive. While primary data is conducted by structured interview (Indepth Interview) to dig up deeper information then uses cross check steps toward lecturers and students respondent for secondary data analysis. Sample which becomes respondents are 20 subjects. Result of this study shows that strategic position in Agronomic Department did well proved by quadrant I-aggressive. It can be depicted as the most beneficial situation (Growth Oriented Strategy) because Agronomic Department has its dominant external strength and opportunity, with the result that it needs to be applied as aggressive strategy to encourage development and growth policies. Development implemented by increasing English language skills for students and subject development keeping up with recent development which adjusted to students' needs. Besides that, increase the e-Lisa benefits in learning and submit the final assignment quickly and fasten the educational years and increase international information for students. Furthermore, upgrade students soft-skill for self development and improve research and publication for lecturer then increase professional lecturer in their field.
