Illegal fishing had caused serious loss globally, causing harm on economic, food security, and many more. This issue also considered as transnational crime due to the factor that it usually handled by transnational crime organization. To solve this problem, both country need to work together and cooperate on both governmental and public level. The cooperation encountered both hindrances and incentive along the way. This thesis will be focusing on analyzing what hinders and aids the cooperation between Indonesia-Australia on handling this matter.
