Sepeda motor adalah salah satu kendaraan modern transportasi. Pada sepeda motor, ada begitu banyak sistem yang dapat mendukung kinerja mesin itu sendiri sehingga mesin yang dapat bekerja dengan baik. Pada aplikasinya mesin Suzuki Satria 120 dua langkah digunakan media pembelajaran praktek dalam rangka untuk membantu siswa untuk memahami bagaimana sebuah mesin sederhana dua langkah bekerja. Dalam kegiatan merekondisi, ada beberapa metode untuk memperoleh sumber data yang akurat. Metode yang digunakan seperti: Pertama melakukan studi pustaka untuk mendapatkan prinsip-prinsip kerja sistem bahan bakar, sistem kelistrikan, dan sistem pengapian. Metode kedua adalah observasi langsung ke bengkel. Metode ketiga adalah mewawancarai beberapa mekanik di bengkel. Dan metode terakhir adalah menganalisis tindakan rekondisi. Hasil berdasarkan rekondisi adalah sistem kerja Suzuki Satria 120 dapat bekerja dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, kit pelatihan dapat membantu siswa untuk memahami bagaimana mesin dua langkah bekerja.

Motorcycle is one of the modern vehicle of transportation. On a motorcycle, there are so many systems which can support performance of the engine it self so that engine can work well. On application, engine of Suzuki Satria 120 two stroke is used learning practice media in order to help the student to understand how a simple two stroke engine works. In reconditions activity, there are several methods to obtain the accurate data source. The methods are used like: First conducting library study to get the working principles of the fuel system, electrical sytem, and ignition sytem. The second methods is direct observation to the workshop. The third methods is interviewing some mechanics in the workshop. And the last methods is analyzing the recondition action. The result based on the recondition is the working system of Suzuki Satria 120 can work well. Therefore, the training kit can help the student to understand how two stroke engine works.
