PT HEXINDO ADI PERKASA Tbk., Adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penjualan dan layanan purna jual sektor alat berat dan salah satu distributor terbaik alat berat di Indonesia yang menjual produk Hitachi. Khusus untuk Excavator ZX200-5G jenis Backhoe. Unit excavator dan peralatan itu sendiri memiliki periode yang digunakan. Karena mereka untuk memaksimalkan layanan Hexindo harus melakukan perawatan berkala untuk mencegah kerusakan satuan. Tujuan dari proyek akhir saya adalah untuk mempelajari dengan seksama tentang pemeliharaan di Hitachi Excavator ZX200-5G jenis backhoe. Perawatan harian dan pemeliharaan berkala lain lakukan setelah unit dioperasikan untuk 250 jam, 500 jam, 1000 jam dan 2000 jam. Kesimpulan dari pemeliharaan daily di Hitachi untuk jam perawatan setiap kali adalah untuk menjaga kemampuan unit excavator, kemampuan excavator harus dalam kondisi baik untuk mencegah kerusakan unit dan ada terus. Setelah kondisi pemeliharaan unit dan mengurangi beberapa elemen, dapat digunakan seperti sebagai produk baru. Kata kunci : Excavator, Hitachi Excavator, Backhoe

PT HEXINDO ADI PERKASA Tbk., is a company that move in sales and after sales service heavy equipment sector and one of the best distributor of heavy equipment in indonesia that sell Hitachi's product. Specifically for the Excavator ZX200-5G type Backhoe. The unit of excavator and equipments itself have period in the used. Because of them for maximizing the service Hexindo must do periodicolly maintenance to prevent breakdown unit. The purpose of my final project is to study carefully about the maintenance in Hitachi's Excavator ZX200-5G type backhoe. Daily maintenance and another periodic maintenance do after the unit operated for 250 hour, 500 hour, 1000 hour and 2000 hour. The conclusions of the daily maintenance in Hitachi for the each time maintenance hour is to keep ability of the unit excavator, the ability of excavator must in good condition to prevent for breakdown unit and there is a continuously. After the maintenance condition of unit and reduce some of the elements, it cam be used like as the new product. Keywords: Excavator, Hitachi Excavator, Backhoe
