KEPUASAN PASIEN LANSIA TERHADAP PEMAKAIAN GIGI TIRUAN LENGKAP DI KLINIK PROSTODONSIA RSGM PROF. SOEDOMO YOGYAKARTA

Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan individu berupa cakupan pelayanan dan kualitas pelayanan. Kepuasan individu dalam memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan mempunyai peran penting dalam kualitas perawatan dan kesehatan. Lansia yang mengalami masalah gigi dan mulut berupa tanggalnnya gigi perlu dilakukan pembuatan gigi tiruan lengkap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien lansia terhadap pemakaian gigi tiruan lengkap yang dibuat di klinik Prostodonsia RSGM Prof. Soedomo Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 30 pasien lansia menggunakan gigi tiruan lengkap yang dibuat oleh mahasiswa kepaniteraan dan residen di klinik Prostodonsia RSGM Prof. Soedomo Yogyakarta. Kepuasan subjek penelitian dinilai melalui kuesioner yang telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis chi square diperoleh nilai hitung lebih besar dari tabel, dapat disimpulkan Ho ditolak, pasien lansia merasa puas setelah memakai gigi tiruan yang dibuat oleh mahasiswa kepaniteraan dan residen di klinik Prostodonsia RSGM Prof. Soedomo Yogyakarta.

Health care is one of affecting factors for an individual's health, measured particularly on coverage and quality of service. Individual’s satisfaction in health facilities use play an important role for health care quality improvement. Elderly with oral health problems including tooth loss it should using removable denture. This present study aimed to measure satisfaction rate of patients on full dentures usage made in Prosthodontic clinic at RSGM Prof. Soedomo Yogyakarta. Research subjects were 30 elderly patients with age ranged between 60-70 years old who use full dentures made by co-ass and residents students in the clinic, it’s was collected through questionnaire previously tested for validity and reliability using Pearson Product Moment and Alpha Croanbach test, respectively. Data was analyzed using Chi Square test. Research showed that calculated x2 was higher than x2 from distribution table. Thus hypothesis Ho could be rejected, whereby elderly patients were satisfied with dentures made by co-ass and residents students in Prosthodontic clinic at RSGM Prof. Soedomo Yogyakarta.
