UNSUR-UNSUR INTRINSIK CERPEN "LA URIDU AN ARAHU" DALAM ANTOLOGI CEPEN ASY-YA'UHUM AS-SAGIRAH ABDULLAH BIN SALIH AL-ARINI: ANALISIS STRUKTURAL STANTON

Penelitian ini membahas unsur-unsur instrinsik cerpen "La Uridu An Arahu" dalam antologi cerpen Asy-ya'uhum as-Sagirah karya Abdullah bin Salih al-Arini. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah teori struktural Robert Stanton. Unsur-unsur intrinsik yang dibahas mencakup fakta cerita yang terdiri atas karakter, alur, dan latar, kemudian tema, serta sarana cerita yang terdiri atas judul, sudut pandang, dan gaya dan tone. Penelitian ini selanjutnya menganalisis keterkaitan antarunsur tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan tokoh utama dalam cerpen ini adalah tokoh 'Aku', seorang wartawan surat kabar yang mendapat perintah dari pemimpin redaksinya untuk meliput penjara. Tokoh tambahannya adalah pemimpin redaksi, Jabarah, dan Abu Mansur. Cerpen ini memiliki alur lurus atau progresif. Cerpen ini memiliki latar tempat dan latar waktu. Latar tempatnya adalah penjara. Latar waktu, yaitu hanya berlangsung dalam waktu satu hari. Tema pada cerpen ini adalah perasaan seseorang dapat mempengaruhi profesionalitas pekerjaannya. Cerpen ini diceritakan dengan sudut pandang orang pertama-utama. Gaya dan tone Abdullah bin Salih al-Arini dalam cerpen ini menggunakan bahasa yang sederhana, jelas, tegas, mudah dipahami, dan nadanya berwujud ketegangan dan penuh perasaan. Masing-masing unsur intrinsik cerpen ini memiliki keterkaitan satu sama lain sehingga membentuk makna yang utuh.

This study examined the intrinsic elements of a short story under the title "La Uridu An Arahu" in the Asy-ya'uhum as-Sagirah short story anthology of Abdullah bin Salih al-Arini. This study used Robert Stanton's structural theory. The intrinsic elements that were examined are some facts about the story that include the characters, the plot, the setting, the theme and the the tools of the story that include the title, point of view, and style, and tone. This study also learned about interralatedness of each element. The study concludes that The main character of it is the "I", a journalist who was asked to cover a story in a prison by the editor. The additional character is the editors which are Jabarah and Abu Mansur. The plot of the story is straight forward or progressive. The setting took place in a prison and the events happen in one day. The theme of the story is the someone's emotion can affect the professionalism of the job. The story uses first person point of view. The language style and tone of Abdullah bin Salih al-Arini in this story are simple, clear, firm, easy to understand, and the tone came in forms of tension and soulful . Each element is interrelated and they made the meaning more intact.
