Perkembangan teknologi di dunia yang semakin pesat mengakibatkan dibutuhkannya tenaga profesional dalan jumlah yang besar. Dengan demikian, dibuatnya tugas akhir yang berjudul Rekondisi Suzuki Smash 110 cc ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam hal memperbaikimesin yang rusak. Dalam pengerjaan tugas akhir ini, melalui beberapa proses yaitu overhaul ,penggantian, pengukuran, dan repair. Komponen – komponen sepeda motor yang diganti seperti crackcase, magnet, spul magnet, karburator, intake manifold, packing set, dan oli. Untuk komponen yang dilakukan pengkuran antara lain piston dan camshaft. Literatur tahapan – tahapan proses pengukuran dan penggantian komponen diperoleh dari pengalaman saat praktik maupun dari manual book dari Suzuki. Tujuan dibuatnya tugas akhir Rekondisi Suzuki Smash 110 cc yaitu, untuk memperbaiki komponen yang rusak atau mengganti crankcase, karburator, dan komponen lain yang butuh penggantian dengan yang baru sehingga dapat memperbaiki fungsinya menjadi kembali mendekati baru, sehingga dapat bekerja secara optimal.

Technology development in the world are becoming more rapidly resulted and need fora great number of professionals.Thus, the end for the final project of duty titled Recondition Suzuki Smash 110 cc is expected to increase student skill in terms of repairing broken engine. This final project, carry out through several processes such as overhauling, replacement, measuring, and repair. Components of the motorcyclethat is consid of substitution as crankcase, magnet, spul magnet, carburetor, pipe comp intake, packing set, and oil . The component that needed measuring like piston and camshaft. The component that need repairisthreaded a magnet and balancing the crankshaft. The literature for measuring process and replacement of a component obtained from experience while practices and from manual book written by Suzuki. The purpose of this project Recondition Suzuki Smash 110 cc to fix a faulty component or replace crankcase, carburetor, and other parts that needed to replace with a new one so that it can improve them into new approaching so as to be worked optimally.
