ANALISIS TANGGAPAN KARYAWAN MENGENAI PENGALIHAN BANTUAN BIAYA PENGOBATAN DARI PERUSAHAAN KEPADA BPJS KESEHATAN ( STUDI PADA PT TASPEN (PERSERO) KANTOR CABANG YOGYAKARTA)

Bantuan biaya pengobatan merupakan salah satu bentuk kompensasi yang diberikan oleh perusahaan untuk menunjang kesejahteraan karyawan. PT Taspen merupakan perusahaan BUMN yang memperhatikan bagaimana kesejahteraan karyawan. Peraturan Pemerintah mewajibkan setiap Pegawai Pemerintah PNS dan NON PNS harus terdaftar sebagai peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Pengalihan tersebut menimbulkan pro kontra khususnya pada karyawan PT Taspen Kantor Cabang Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pelayanan, faskes, dan plafon pengobatan dengan tanggapan pengalihan bantuan pengobatan kepada BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian ini menjadikan karyawan PT Taspen KC Yogyakarta sebagai responden yaitu sebanyak 43 orang. Alat analisis data yang digunakan yaitu coefisien contingensi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara pelayanan, fasilitas kesehatan, dan plafon pengobatan terhadap tanggapan pengalihan bantuan pengobatan kepada BPJS Kesehatan.

Medical cost aid is one of compensation given by the company to support the welfare of employees. PT TASPEN is a state-owned company that pays attention to how the welfare of employees is. Government regulation requires each government employees, including civil servants and non-civil servants must be registered as BPJS Kesehatan participant. The diversion raises the pros and cons, especially the employees of PT TASPEN Branch Yogyakarta. This study aims to investigate the correlation of service, fasces, and ceiling treatment with the diversion of medical aid to BPJS Kesehatan. This study takes 43 employees of PT TASPEN Branch Yogyakarta as the respondents. For the data analysis, coefficient contingency is used to find out the correlation of three variables. For the result, there is a positive and significant correlation of services, health facilities, and ceiling treatment in response to the diversion of medical aid BPJS Kesehatan.
