Seiring berkembangnya ilmu dan teknologi yang semakin pesat, wahana atau teknik pemetaan pun sudah sedemikian berkembang dalam rangka memenuhi ketersediaan peta untuk berbagai keperluan, seperti pemetaan terestris, batimetri, maupun fotogrametri. Pada kegiatan ini akan dilakukan pemetaan situasi Dusun Babadan, Desa Beluk, Dusun Sidomulyo dan Dusun Banyuripan, Desa Banyuripan, Kecamatan Bayat, Kabupaten Klaten, Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Data spasial didapatkan dari hasil pengukuran Kerangka Kontrol Horizontal, Kerangka Kontrol Vertikal, detil planimetris, detil tinggi. Software yang digunakan untuk mengolah data dan melakukan penggambaran yaitu AutoCAD, Surpac, dan ArcGIS. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peta situasi yang dicetak dalam kertas ukuran A1 skala 1:500 dengan interval kontur 0.25 meter. Peta yang dicetak telah melalui proses uji peta, hasil uji peta planimetris sebesar 72% , dan hasil uji tinggi sebesar 76% .

As the rise of science and technology more rapidly , the spacecraft or mapping techniques had such develop in order to meet the availability of a map for various purposes , as the mapping terestris , bathymetry , as well as photogrammetry .In this activity will be conducted mapping babadan hamlet situation , the village of , hamlet sidomulyo banyuripan and hamlet , banyuripan village , the kecamatan bayat , klaten district , the province of central java . Spatial data obtained from the results of the framework of the measurement of horizontal control , the framework of control the vertical , planimetris details , high detail .Software used to process data and do the delineation of autocad namely , surpac , and arcgis . The activities of this situation produces maps printed in the paper the size of a1: scale of 1 500 with an interval of the contours of 0.25 meters .Maps printed has been through the process of the map , the results map planimetris test by 72 percent , and test high of 76 percent .
