Universitas Gadjah Mada merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi negeri pertama yang didirikan di Indonesia, tepatnya di provinsi Yogyakarta. Sebagai Universitas pertama yang berdiri, Universitas Gadjah Mada memiliki pengaruh besar dalam perkembangan pendidikan di Indonesia. Universitas Gadjah Mada memiliki banyak fakultas dan satu Sekolah Vokasi. Sekolah Vokasi merupakan sebuah intitusi pendidikan keahlian yang setara politeknik yang menampung semua program diploma di Universitas Gadjah Mada. Karena kurangnya variasi media informasi yang digunakan, menyebabkan Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat. Film profil merupakan media yang efektif serta menarik dalam menyampaikan informasi tentang Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada. Film profil ini akan menyajikan tentang lokasi gedung perkuliahan Sekolah Vokasi, kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh Sekolah Vokasi, program studi yang ada di Sekolah Vokasi, serta informasi mengenai sekolah Vokasi. Film profil ini dikemas dengan audio visual, hyperlapse, timelapse, serta 3 dimensi yang menarik. Film profil yang dikemas dengan audio visual, hyperlapse, timelapse, serta 3 dimensi yang menarik mampu memberikan informasi tentang Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada dengan variasi penyampaian yang berbeda. Dengan film profil ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi bagi masyarakat luas untuk lebih mengenal Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Universitas Gadjah Mada is the first public university in Indonesia which was built in Yogyakarta. As the first university that was built, Universitas Gadjah Mada has a major influence in Indonesia's education development. They have many faculty and one vocational college. This vocational college is an expertise education institute which is equal with polytechnic that copes all diploma degree in Universitas Gadjah Mada. Lack in media information that is being used causing this Vocational College is less known by society.
