ANALISIS PENGENDALIAN PRODUK PADA CV. SAS INDOMERAPI YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. SAS Indomerapi Yogyakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah proses pengendalian produk yang dilakukan oleh CV. SAS Indomerapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan proses alur proses produk dari hulu ke hilir pada CV. SAS Indomerapi dan menganalisis proses pengendalian produk yang dilakukan oleh CV. SAS Indomerapi dalam mengurangi produk cacat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Deskriptif. Hasil analisis penelitian ini adalah bahwa proses alur proses produk terdiri dari beberapa langkah aktivitas. Langkah pertama diimulai dengan aktivitas penerimaan informasi pesanan dan dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaan ketersediaan produk (oleh CV. SAS Indomerapi). Proses selanjutnya adalah distribusi instruksi panen, panen, sortir produk oleh petani, penyetoran hasil panen kepada koordinator petani, pengumpulan produk oleh koordinator petani, kemudian produk disetorkan kepada CV. SAS Indomerapi. Proses terakhir adalah sortir produk dan proses pengemasan oleh CV. SAS Indomerapi. Proses pengendalian produk dalam mengurangi produk cacat dilakukan di tiga area penting, yaitu pengendalian kualitas di lini petani, pengendalian kualitas di lini koordinator petani dan pengendalian kualitas di gudang penerimaan CV. SAS Indomerapi.

This research was conducted at CV. SAS Indomerapi Yogyakarta. The object of this study is a product control process performed by CV. SAS Indomerapi. This study aims to mapping the flow process from the upstream to the downstream products in the CV. SAS Indomerapi and analyze process control product at CV. SAS Indomerapi in reducing product defects. This study uses a descriptive approach. The result of analysis in this study are the combination from several steps in the flow process. The first one is begin with the receiving information of order and then followed by examination of the availability of products by CV. SAS Indomerapi. The next step is distribution information of harvest instruction, harvesting, product sorting by farmers and product collection by the farmers coordinator and deposited product to the CV. SAS Indomerapi. At the last process, CV. SAS Indomerapi is taking responsible to sorted and packaged the product. The Quality Control process to reduce defect products at CV. SAS Indomerapi conducted in three important areas. There is quality control in line of farmer, quality control in line of farmers coordinator and quality control in the warehouse of CV. SAS Indomerapi.
