Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi di jaman sekarangsemakin memudahan akses hampir ke semua informasi yang tersedia. Dengan banyaknya informasi semakin banyak pula kebutuhan informasi yang lebih efisien, akuran dan dapat dipercaya. Dengan masih terbatasnya media dalam mencari dan menawarkan jasa menjadikan banyak informasi yang beredar hanya terbatas di bebrapa wilayah tertentu saja. Dan informasi yang di tawarkan melalui media umum seperti blog dan sosial media masih dianggap belum mampu memberi rasa kepercayaan kepada pencari jasa atau informasi tertentu tersebut. Dari masalah tersebut dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang mampu memberikan informasi yang update, terpercaya dan mencakup wilayah penyebaran informasi yang lebih luas.Pembuatan sistem informasi mencakup pertukaran informasi umum antara pemain game dan informasi khusus untuk pelanggan warnet dengan memberikan informasi yang update setiap hari dan membuat sistem verifikasi untuk membuat status pengguna menjadi lebih dapat dipercaya dengan menyerahkan persyaratan tertentu terlebih dahulu. Sistem dibangun dalam bentuk website dengan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman. Sistem informasi memberikan berbagai menu untuk menangani proses seperti pendaftaran, pembuatan kategori, topik dan pesan untuk berinteraksi dengan pengguna sistem lain. Anggota bisa membuat penawaran atau mencari penawaran yang dimasukan kedalam kategori tertentu sesuai tema atau jenis jasa yang di kehendaki. Sedangkan administrator diberikan hak akses untuk mengelola data secara umum seperti data anggota, promo, balasan, kategori, game dan juga data admin itu sendiri. Promo dan voucer dan daftar game online yang tersedia di warnet dapat diakses pengguna tanpa harus datang ke warnet untuk menanyakan langsung ke operator karena informasi promosi promo dan voucer dapat dilihat di sistem informasi.

The system is built in the website with PHP as the programming language. The information system provides a variety of menus to handle processes such as registration, creation of categories, topics and messages to interact with other system users. Members can make an offer or find deals entered into certain categories according to the theme or type in the desired services. While the administrators granted permissions to manage data in general as data members, promos, replies, category, gaming and admin data itself. Promo and vouchers and a list of online games available in the cafe accessible to users without having to come to the cafe to ask directly to the operator because the promos and promotional information can be found in the system of voucher information.
