ANALISIS PENGARUH HARGA BBM BERSUBSIDI TERHADAP IHK DAN IHPB DI INDONESIA 2002:1-2015:2

Penelitian ini menganalisa pengaruh harga bahan bakar minyak bersubsidi (premium, solar, dan minyak tanah) terhadap Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK) dan Indeks Harga Perdagangan Besar (IHPB) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan rentan waktu dari periode Januari 2002 sampai dengan Februari 2015. Metode analisis menggunakan Vector Auto Regression - Vector Error Correction Model (VAR-VECM) untuk melihat hubungan kausalitas antar variabel, pengaruh kejutan dan kontribusi tiap-tiap variable terhadap respond dan variabilitas variable lainnya. Berdasarkan VECM granger causality terdapat hubungan kausalitas dua arah antara harga BBM bersubsidi dengan IHK. Hasil analisis impulse respond function dan variance decomposition, menunjukan BBM bersubsidi memiliki pengaruh pada IHK dan IHPB. Pengaruh terbesar berasal dari BBM bersubsidi jenis premium.

This study analyzed the effect of changing subsidized fuel price (premium, diesel and kerosene) to consumer price index and wholesale price index in Indonesia. This study used time series data periode January 2002 until February 2015. Using Vector Auto Regression - Vector Error Correction Model (VAR-VECM) to see causality between variables, the effect of shocks and the contribution of each variables on the variability of response other variables. Based on VECM granger causality there are bilateral causality between consumer price index and subsidized fuel price. Based on the analysis of impulse response function and variance decomposition, subsidized fuel price affect to CPI and WPI. The biggest influence came from the premium.
