Laporan Tugas Akhir yang berjudul PERJANJIAN KREDIT DENGAN MEMBEBANKAN HAK TANGGUNGAN disusun untuk memberikan penjelasan mengenai suatu perbuatan hukum yaitu proses perjanjian kredit dengan mana satu orang atau lebih mengikatkan dirinya terhadap satu orang lain atau lebih, dengan suatu jaminan. Jaminan tersebut merupakan hak atas tanah beserta benda-benda yang berkaitan dengan tanah, antara lain Hak Milik, Hak Guna Bangunan, Hak Guna Usaha dan Hak Pakai. Tujuan dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Lapangan adalah sebagai syarat utama yang harus ditempuh untuk mencapai kelulusan dari Program Diploma 3 Hukum Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada. Manfaat dari Praktik Kerja Lapangan adalah lebih terbuka pada pengalaman tentang praktik kerja di lapangan, mendapatkan lebih banyak pengalaman, serta menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab dan sikap professional dalam melakukan setiap pekerjaan. Sehingga berguna bagi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya dibidang hukum diruang lingkup Notaris dan PPAT. Dalam rangka perjanjian kredit bank di kantor Notaris-PPAT Ria sukariyah, S.H., MKn, DIY. Mengingat akan kebutuhan masyarakat yang cukup tinggi terhadap salah satu fasilitas yang disediakan bank yaitu kredit. Dengan demikian peran Notaris-PPAT dalam hal ini sangat dibutuhkan untuk membuat sebuah perjanjian kredit antara Bank (kreditur) dan Nasabah (debitur) demi terciptanya kepastian hukum.
