PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM PEMBAYARAN PAJAK SECARA ELEKTRONIK (BILLING SYSTEM) PADA FAKULTAS EKONOMIKA DAN BISNIS UNIVERSITAS GADJAH MADA

Dalam rangka penyempurnaan dan pengembangan Modul Penerimaan Negara sebagai upaya mengintegrasikan data Penerimaan Negara dalam sebuah sistem yang handal, Menteri Keuangan telah menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 204/PMK.05/2011 tentang pelaksanaan Uji Coba Penerapan Sistem Pembayaran Pajak secara elektronik dalam Sistem Modul Penerimaan Negara. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari pelaksanaan uji coba yang dimaksudkan dan perlunya alternatif usulan untuk menangani permasalahan terkait pembayaran pajak, Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Gadjah Mada perlu menerapkan dan menyempurnakan sistem pembayaran pajak secara elektronik dengan memanfaatkan sistem teknologi informasi. Billing System merupakan sistem yang sesuai untuk menghadapai permasalahan pembayaran pajak di Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Gadjah Mada. Billing System telah diterapkan di Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Gadjah Mada per 1 Februari 2015 sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah dibuat dan ketentuan penggunaanya untuk melakukan pembayaran/penyetoran pajak di Bank Persepsi.

In order to refinement and development of the State Revenue Module as an effort to integrate the data of State Revenue in a reliable system, the Ministry of Finance has set the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 204 / PMK.05 / 2011 on Trial Application of Electronic Tax Payment System (Billing System) in the System State Revenue Module. As a follow up of the implementation of the intended test and the need for alternative proposals for dealing with problems related to payment of taxes, Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada needs to implement and enhance electronic tax payment system by utilizing information technology systems. Billing System is a system that is suitable for overcoming the constraints of tax payments at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Billing System has been implemented at the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Gadjah Mada per February 1, 2015 in accordance with the procedures and conditions of its use have been made to make tax payment at Bank Perception.
