HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPERCAYAAN DIRI DENGAN KESIAPAN BERTANDING PEMAIN SEPAKBOLA DI KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan kesiapan bertanding pemain sepakbola di daerah Sleman. Variabel tergantung dalam penelitian ini adalah kesiapan bertanding dan variabel bebasnya adalah keercayaan diri pemain. Hipotesis yang diajukan pada penelitian ini adalah: ada hubungan positif antara kepercayaan diri emain dengan kesiapan bertanding. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pemain resmi dari tim sepakbola yang berlaga di kompetisi Kabupaten Sleman (N=64). Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan sangat signifikan antara variabel kepercayaan diri pemain dengan kesiapan bertanding (r=0,547; p<0,1), sehingga hipotesis diterima.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relathionship of self confidence players and readiness to compete for local athletes in Kabupaten Sleman. Dependent variable in this study is the readiness to compete, and the independent variable is the self confidence players. The hypothesis proposed n this study are: there is a positive relationship between self confidence with a readiness to compete. The subjects were football palyers local atheletes in Sleman region (N=64). Data analysis was performed using the method of Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The analysis showed that there is a positive and veri significant relationship between self confidence players variables and readiness to compete variables (r=0,547, p<0,1),so the hypothesist can be accepted.
