Perkembangan teknologi di dunia yang semakin pesat mengakibatkan dibutuhkannya tenaga profesional dalam jumlah yang besar. Dengan demikian, dibuatnya tugas akhir yang berjudul Rekondisi Mesin Suzuki FXR 150 cc ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam hal maintenance motor suzuki FXR 150 cc. Dalam pengerjaan tugas akhir ini, melalui beberapa proses yaitu overhaul, penggantian, pengukuran dan repair. Komponen-komponen sepeda motor yang diganti seperti packing set dan oil. Untuk komponen yang dilakukan pengukuran antara lain piston dan camshaft. Untuk komponen yang dilakukan repair yaitu, ulir crankcase dan balancing crankshaft. Literatur tahapan-tahapan proses pengukuran dan penggantian komponen diperoleh dari pengalaman saat praktik maupun dari manual book dari Suzuki. Tujuan dibuatnya tugas akhir Rekondisi Mesin Suzuki FXR 150 cc yaitu, untuk memperbaiki ulir crankcaseyang mengalami keausan serta balancing crankshaft. Sehingga motor Suzuki FXR 150 cc tersebut dapat berkerja secara optimal. Key words : Rekondisi Mesin Suzuki FXR 150 cc, Overhaul

Technologi development in the world which is growing so fast make a gread number of profesional worker needs. Thus, made the final project entitled Engine Recondition Suzuki FXR 150 cc is expected to improve the skills of students is terms of maintenance of Engine Suzuki FXR 150 cc. The final project, carry out through several processes such as overhauling, replacement, measuring, and repair. Components of the motorcycle that are consid of subtitution as the packing set and oil. The components that needed a measuring like piston and camshaft. The component that need repair that is threaded a crankcase and balancing the crankshaft. The literature for measuring process and replacement of a component obtained from experience while practices and from manual book written by Suzuki. The purpose of this project Engine Recondition Suzuki FXR 150 cc, in have to fix a threaded of crankcase and balancing the crankshaft. Suzuki FXR 150 cc can be working in an optimum condition.
