Planet Pool adalah sebuah tempat hiburan yang merupakan tempat permainan bilyard. Planet Pool juga menyajikan menu hidangan untuk para pelanggan. Proses pemesanannya yakni pelanggan memesan menu hidangan kepada para pelayan yang ada. Kemudian pelayan menghubungi kasir, dan kasir menghubungi dapur untuk memproses pesanan. Setelah pesanan selesai diproses, pelayan dari dapur mengantarkan pesanan kepada pelanggan. Dengan panjangnya komunikasi antara pelanggan, pelayan, kasir dan dapur sering mengakibatkan salahnya pesanan yang diproses. Pelanggan juga belum tentu mengetahui stok dan detail hidangan yang akan dipesan. Proses rekap data laporan di Planet Pool berskala harian dan bulanan yang disimpan dalam catatan yang akan mengakibatkan informasi laporan tidak efisien. Dengan permasalahan yang terjadi, maka dibuat sebuah sistem informasi untuk membantu proses pemesanan dan rekap data laporan agar menjadi efisien. Serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang tersedia. Sistem yang dibuat berbasis web. Sistem yang dibuat terdiri dari database dan program sederhana dengan menggunakan php dan mySQL. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan cara menyebar beberapa kuisoner kepada pelanggan dan pegawai. Dari hasil kuisioner diketahui bahwa sistem ini dapat membantu proses pemesanan dan rekap data laporan.
