PERANCANGAN BEJANA TEKAN HORISONTAL BERBASIS CODE ASME VIII DIVISI 2 (Studi Kasus Test Separator Field Peciko 3, Total E&P Indonesie)

2015 | Skripsi | S1 TEKNIK MESINTugas akhir ini mengangkat materi perancangan bejana tekan separator yang berfungsi untuk memisahkan gas, kondensat dan pengotor pada sumur produksi TOTAL E&P INDONESIE FIELD PECIKO. Bejana tekan horisontal dirancang berdasarkan code ASME VIII divisi 2. Perancangan bejana tekan terdiri dari perancangan pressurized part dan non pressurized part. Perancangan pressurized part meliputi pemilihan bahan shell maupun head dengan pertimbangan tekanan dan temperatur desain. Perancangan nozzle meliputi pemilihan pipa nozzle dan analisis kekuatan dari sambungan nozzle. Non pressurized part terdiri dari perancangan saddle yang mampu menumpu bejana tekan dan perancangan lifting lug untuk proses pengangkatan dan transportasi. Dari perhitungan, didapatkan dimensi bejana tekan yang dirancang dengan tebal minimum shell adalah 95 mm, tebal minimum head adalah 60 mm. Maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) bejana tekan adalah 13,8 MPa. Tegangan yang terjadi akibat tekanan internal masih dibawah tegangan ijin material, yang artinya bahwa bejana tekan bekerja pada kondisi yang aman. Begitu pula tegangan yang terjadi akibat penumpuan saddle masih dibawah tegangan yang diijinkan. Lifting lug yang dirancang mampu mengangkat berat angkat separator sebesar 26599 kg.
This thesis is about how to design a separator pressure vessel that used to separate gas, condensate, and polliter at production well PT.TOTAL E&P INDONESIE FIELD PECIKO. Horizontal pressure vessel is designed with code ASME VIII 2nd division. Designing a pressure vessel is divided into desinging the pressurized part and non pressurized part. Designing pressurized part including the material selection of shell and head with considering the design pressure and temperature. Designing the nozzle including the selection of nozzle pipe and the strength analysis of the nozzle joint. Non pressurized part including the designing of saddle that can support the pressure vessel and the designing of the lifting lug for lifting and transportation process. From the calculation, the dimension of the pressure that is designed has minimum thickness 95 mm for shell and 60 mm for head. The Maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) is 13,8 Mpa. The stress that occur because of internal pressure still lower than the allowable stress of the material, that means that the pressure vessel is working in safe condition. The same condition happen on the stress that occur on the saddle because of supporting the weight of the pressure vessel. Lifting lug that is designed, is strong enough to lift the weight of the separator, 26599 kg.
