ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI EFEKTIFITAS PENGGUNAAN ELECTROENCHEPALOGRAPHY PADA ALAT EMOTIV EPOC

Meningkatnya aktifitas riset dalam 2 dekade ini tentang EEG menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini.Salah satu alat yang sering digunakan adalah neuroheadset Emotiv EPOC.Selain harga yang murah, alat ini juga portable sehingga pengguna lebih mudah menggunakannya.Namun setiap alat memiliki kelemahan dan kelebihan, seperti penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya telah memaparkan hal tersebut. Berdasarkan informasi dari penelitian terdahulu, maka pada kesempatan ini peneliti akan memberikan informasi tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas penggunaan alat neuroheadset Emotiv EPOC dengan variabel terikat yaitu jumlah keberhasilan padaexpressive suite dancognitive suite score, variabel bebas yaitu tebal rambut, lingkar kepala, jarak telinga ke puncak kepala, panjang kepala, dan lebar kepala. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui apakah variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Penelitian ini termasukpenelitian eksperimental, sampel minimumnya adalah 15 subjek per grupsampel.Sehingga pada penelitian ini jumlah sampelnya adalah 30 karenamengunakan 2 subjek yaitu laki-laki dan wanita.Variabel yang diukur variabel bebas yaitu tebal rambut, lingkar kepala, jarak telinga ke puncak kepala, panjang kepala, lebar kepala, variabel terikatcognitive suite score dan jumlah keberhasilan expressive suite.Pengolahan data dilakukan untuk mencari pengaruh signifikansi variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat serta korelasi antara kedua variabel terikat. Untuk mengetahui hasil analisis pengaruh jenis kelamin terhadap hasil expressive suite, yaitu nilai t hitung 0,405 <t tabel 2,048 dan cognitive suite, yaitu nilai t hitung 0,192 < t tabel 2,048 dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat perbedaan keberhasilan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat secara simultan yaitu nilai F hitungexpressive suitedan F hitung cognitive suite score>F tabel (25,673> 2,62) dan (26,459 > 2,62) sehingga juga dapat ditarik kesimpulan yang sama bahwa variabel bebas secara serentak mempengaruhi keberhasilan variabel terikat. Secara parsial, hasil yang didapat t hitung pada expressive suite yaitutebal rambut 3,114, lingkar kepala 2,964, jarak telinga ke puncak 1,125, panjang kepala 2,766, dan lebar kepala 0,008.Untuk t hitung cognitive suite yaitu tebal rambut 3,927, lingkar kepala 1,047, jarak telinga ke puncak 0, 866, panjang kepala 2,200, dan lebar kepala 2,152, dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan variabel bebas yang mempengaruhi secara signifikanterhadap expressive suiteyaitu nilai t hitung >t tabel(2,0638) adalah tebal rambut, lingkar kepala, dan panjang kepala. Untuk cognitive suiteyaitu tebal rambut, panjang kepala, dan lebar kepala. Hasil uji korelasi antara kedua variabel terikat yaitu 0,878, berarti ada korelasi yang sangat kuat.Dapat disimpulkan tidak ada perbedaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan.Secara bersamaan semua variabel bebas mempengaruhi nilai keberhasilan expressive suite dan cognitivesuite score namun secara parsial tidak semua variabel bebas mempengaruhi secara signifikan, yang mempengaruhi jumlah keberhasilan expressive suite adalah tebal rambut,lingkar kepala. Untuk cognitive suite score, variabel bebas yang mempengaruhi yaitu tebal rambut, panjang kepala dan lebar kepala.

This study termasukpenelitian experimental, minimum sample was 15 subjects per grupsampel.Sehingga in this study the sample size is 30 karenamengunakan 2 subjects namely men and wanita.Variabel measured independent variable thick hair, head circumference, the distance ear to the top of the head, the length head, head width, variable terikatcognitive suite expressive score and the amount of success suite.Pengolahan data is done to look for the significance of the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable, and the correlation between the two dependent variables. To find out the results of the analysis of the influence of gender on outcome expressive suite, ie t value 0.405 <t table 2.048 and cognitive suites, namely t value 0.192 <2.048 t table we can conclude there is no difference between the success of men and women.
