Penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem online booking pada situs Garuda Indonesia

2010 | Tesis | S2 Magister ManajemenPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji penerimaan penggima terhadap sistem Online Booking pada situs Garuda Indonesia Airlines. TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) digunakan sebagai kerangka penelitian dengan menyertakan variable Intention, Attention, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavior Control, dan Trust. Survey telah dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data dari para responden dan pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa statistik SEM (Structural Equation Model). Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa variable Attention, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, dan Perceived Behavior Control mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention. This thesis attempts to analyze the factors that affect the users' intention to use Online Booking System through Garuda Indonesia Airlines' web site. TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) was chosen as the basis of framework of this study using variables of Intention, Attention, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Subjective Norms, Perceived Behavioral Control, and Trust. Survey was conducted to gather the data. The measures and hypotheses were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Model). Results show that Attention, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Behavior Control significantly influence users' Intention.
