Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh dari Persepsi Politik Organisasi (PPO) tcrhadap Pcrilaku Kcwargaan Organisasi (PKO) dcngan Kohes ivitas Kelompok sebagai Variabel Moderasi. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kohesivitas Kelompok memoderasi pengaruh PPO terhadap PKO. Total kuesioner yang terkumpul adaJah 389 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah metode statistik uji interaksi atau moderated regression analysis (MRA). Hasil analisis uji hipotesis penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh negatif dan signifikan dari moderasi kohesivitas kelompok terhadap pengaruh dari PPO terhadap PKO. HaJ ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan nilai Adjusted R Square dari 0,156 pada persamaan pertama menjadi sebesar 0,195 pada persamaan kedua dan memiliki signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Moderasi dari kohesivitas kelompok tersebut memperlemah pengaruh dari PPO terhadap PKO dapat di lihat dari nilai koefisien regresinya yang negatif yaitu -0,0 II. Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian diterima dan kohesivitas kelompok memoderasi secara negatifpengaruh PPO terhadap PKO

This study aims to determine the Perceptions of Organizational PoJitics (POP) Jnfluence of Organizational Citi zenship Behavior (OCB) with the group cohesiveness as Variable moderation. The hypothesis of this research is to moderate the influence of POP of PKO with group cohesiveness. Total questionnaires collected was 389 respondents. Methods of data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study is the method of statistical interaction test or moderated regression anaJysis (MRA). The results of this research hypothesis test analysis proved the existence of a negative and significant effect of moderating the impact of the groups cohesiveness. It can be seen from the increased value of Adjusted R Square from 0,.156 to 0,1 95 for the first equation into the second equation and has a significance of 0.000. Moderation of the group cohesiveness weakens the influence of PPO on the PKO can be seen from the negative regression coefficient which is - 0.0 ll. Thus, the research hypothesis accepted and groups cohesiveness negatively moderate the influence of PPO on OCB.
