D^am melaksan^an penilaian kineija perusahaan harus adil dan obyektif agar tidak teijadi kecemburuan di antara para karyawan. Agar penilaian kineija dapat beijalan dengan obyektif dan adil maka diperlukan suatu sistem penilaian kineija yang baik yang dilaksanakan oleh supervisor dan karyawan yang akan dinilai sehingga akan meningkatkan motivasi keija karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa persepsi karyawan terbadap sistem penilaian kineija dan hubungannya dengan motivasi keija karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Pos Indonesia di Bandung. Responden dalam penelitian ini adaiah 100 karyawan pada level man^erial. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala pengukuran yang berisi butir-butir pemyataan untuk mei^ukur persepsi karyawan terhadap sistem penilaian kineija dengan metode 360° dan motivasi kega karyawan. Sebelum alat ukur digunakan, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas dimana uji-uji tersebut bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesahihan dan keandalan alat ukur. Setelah dilakukan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas, dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan metode korelasi Product Moment, metode regresi linear sederhana, dan metode regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan basil penelitian menggunakan uji korelasi Product Moment ditemukan bahwa terdapat bubungan antara persepsi karyawan tediadap sistem penilaian kineija dengan metode 360° dengan motivasi karyawan. Hubungan tersebut dinyatakan dengan koeBsien korelasi r=0,848 dengan p<0,01 yang beraiti hubungan antara persepsi karyawan terhad^ sistem penilaian kineija dengan metode 360° dengan motivasi karyawan adaiah sangat signiflkan. Seber^ jauh pengarub dari persepsi sistem penilaian kineija dengan metode 360° pada motivasi keija dapat dilihat dari koefisien determinasi r^ yang bemilai 0,719. Besaran koefisien determinasi r^ tersebut berarti babwa sumbangan efektif persepsi pada Sistem Penilaian Kineija dengan Metode 360° untuk mengbasilkan motivasi keija karyawan PT Pos Indonesia di Bandung adaiah sebesar 71,9%. Hasil uji signifikansi secara individual dalam uji regresi linear berganda sebe^aimana terlibat pada nilai statistict memperlihatkan bahwa banya tahap Perencanaan kinega dan tahap Pengukuran kineija yang signiflkan dengan nilai fi sebesar 0,303 dan 0,424. Performance appraisal is one way which can be used to motivate employees. Company must be fair and objective in executing performance ^praisal in order to avoid jealousy among the employees. In order to have a feir and objective performance ^praisal, then it needs a good system which is conducted by supervisors and employees. This research planned to analyze employees perception toward performance appraisal system with 360° method and its correlation with employees work motivation. This research was conducted in FT Pos Indonesia in Bandung. The respondents in this research were 100 employees in managerial level. The data were taken using measurement scale which consisted of statement items to measure employees perception toward performance appraisal system with 360° method and its correlation with employees work motivation. Before the measurement tools were used, the researcher did validity and reliability tests. After the validity and realibility tests conducted, hypothesis tests were conducted using Product Moment oonelation, simple regression, and multiple regression methods. According to Product Moment correlation analysis, it was found that there was a correlation between employees perception toward performance appraisal system with 360° method and its correlation with employees work motivation. The correlation was stated with correlation coefScient r=0,848 widip<0j01 wdiioh meant that correlation between employees perception toward performance s^raisal system with 360° method and its correlation with employees work motivation was very significant How far was the effect of correlation between employees perception toward performance appraisal system with 360° method and its employees worit motivation could be seen fiom coefficient determination rM),719. It meant that employees perception toward performance appraisal system with 360° method's effective contribution to have employees work motivation was 71,9%. The individual signification test in multiple regression analysis "Miich can be seen fi'om statistict result indicated that only Planning and Assessment steps significant with 6 0,303 and 0,424.
