Pengaruh konflik pekerjaan-keluarga terhadap stres kerja pada PT Super Glossindo Indah Sentul

Work-family conflict has been often found recently because there are a lot of couples in families who both work. Conflict between work and family reponsibilities and its effect on employees is an important issue at this moment. This conflict between work and family domains has been given two labels: work family conflict and family work conflict. This research analyzes the affect of the relationship between inter-domain conflict in the form of work family conflict and family work conflict with various negative facets of employee job stress. This research conducted on 147 employees of operator in PT. Super Glossindo lndah, Sentul-Jawa Barat chosen from purposive sampling technique. The hypotesis was analyzed with multiple regression analysis using software SPSS 12.0 for windows. Results indicated that operator employees in PT. Super Glossindo Indah significantly had work-family conflict affected to job stress. In individual work family conflict wasn't significantly affected to job stress but family work conflict was significantly affected to job stress.
