Penyusunan E-Guidebook Wisata Pantai Hidden Gem di Kabupaten Gunungkidul

Negara Indonesia memiliki potensi pariwisata yang sangat besar dan telah diakui secara internasional karena keragaman bentang alam yang dimiliki. Salah satu daerah yang memiliki potensi wisata alam adalah Kabupaten Gunungkidul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, yang dikenal dengan deretan pantai berpasir putih, air laut yang jernih, serta tebing karang yang menjadi daya tarik wisata. Selain pantai-pantai yang telah populer, Kabupaten Gunungkidul juga memiliki sejumlah pantai hidden gem yang menawarkan keindahan alam yang masih asri. Namun, keberadaan pantai-pantai tersebut belum banyak diketahui oleh wisatawan karena masih terbatas mengenai media informasi yang lengkap dan mudah diakses. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi komponen e-guidebook dalam penyusunan e-guidebook wisata pantai hidden gem di Kabupaten Gunungkidul serta menyusun e-guidebook yang lebih informatif sebagai media informasi wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-guidebook diidentifikasi berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta kajian teori. Komponen utama yang menjadi dasar penyusunan meliputi informasi mengenai attraction (atraksi), accessibility (aksesibilitas), dan amenities (fasilitas) pada setiap destinasi wisata pantai hidden gem. Penyusunan e-guidebook wisata pantai hidden gem di Kabupaten Gunungkidul telah berhasil dilakukan melalui tahapan pengumpulan data secara langsung di lapangan, penyusunan konten, perancangan desain visual, validasi uji pasar, evaluasi, dan finalisasi konten e-guidebook. Penelitian ini menghasilkan buku panduan wisata elektronik dalam format Heyzine Flipbook berjudul “Discover Hidden Beach of Gunungkidul” berjumlah 54 halaman. E-guidebook tersebut memuat informasi tiga destinasi pantai hidden gem, yaitu Pantai Krokoh, Pantai Ngetun, dan Pantai Kayu Arum, serta dilengkapi fitur hyperlink untuk memudahkan wisatawan memperoleh informasi destinasi. 

Indonesia has enormous tourism potential and has gained international recognition for its diverse landscapes. One region with significant natural tourism potential is Gunungkidul Regency in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, known for its string of white sand beaches, crystal clear seawater, and limestone cliffs that serve as major tourist attractions. In addition to its popular beaches, Gunungkidul Regency also boasts a number of “hidden gem” beaches that offer unspoiled natural beauty. However, the existence of these beaches is not yet widely known among tourists due to the limited availability of comprehensive and easily accessible information. This study aims to identify the components of an e-guidebook for the development of an e-guidebook on hidden gem beaches in Gunungkidul Regency and to create a more informative e-guidebook as a tourism information medium. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. The research findings show that the e-guidebook was developed based on observations, interviews, documentation, and theoretical reviews. The main components that formed the basis for its development include information on attractions, accessibility, and amenities at each “hidden gem” beach destination. The development of the “Hidden Gem” beach tourism e-guidebook for Gunungkidul Regency was successfully completed through the following stages on site data collection, content development, visual design, market validation testing, evaluation, and finalization of the e-guidebook content. This research resulted in an electronic travel guidebook in Heyzine Flipbook format titled “Discover Hidden Beaches of Gunungkidul,” consisting of 54 pages. The e-guidebook contains information on three “hidden gem” beach destinations is Krokoh Beach, Ngetun Beach, and Kayu Arum Beach, and is equipped with hyperlinks to help tourists easily access destination information.
