Evaluasi Kinerja Operasional Menggunakan Supply Chain Operations Reference Di Koperasi Industri Batur Jaya

Kinerja operasional merupakan faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas proses bisnis dan daya saing perusahaan manufaktur. Koperasi Industri Batur Jaya sebagai perusahaan pengecoran logam menghadapi berbagai tantangan operasional yang berkaitan dengan perencanaan produksi, pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku, pengendalian kualitas produk, pemenuhan pesanan pelanggan, dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja operasional Koperasi Industri Batur Jaya menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) 14.0 dan mengidentifikasi indikator yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan kinerja operasional. Pengukuran kinerja dilakukan menggunakan 11 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) yang telah divalidasi oleh peneliti dan pihak manajemen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan telah mampu menjalankan seluruh proses operasional yang dianalisis, namun dengan capaian kinerja yang bervariasi. Kinerja positif terlihat pada proses Source dengan tingkat perputaran persediaan bahan baku sebesar 12,11 kali per tahun serta pada proses Return yang telah memiliki mekanisme penanganan produk reject melalui perbaikan dan peleburan ulang. Kendala utama ditemukan pada proses Plan, di mana perencanaan produksi masih dilakukan secara intuitif berdasarkan pengalaman sehingga berdampak pada proses Transform yang ditunjukkan oleh tingkat underproduction sebesar 7,37%, overproduction sebesar 2,75%, dan tingkat produk cacat sebesar 2,54%. Kondisi tersebut turut memengaruhi kinerja proses Order dengan tingkat ketepatan pemenuhan pesanan pelanggan sebesar 89,88% serta menyebabkan keterlambatan pengiriman pada proses Fulfill. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, akurasi perencanaan produksi, tingkat underproduction, dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman menjadi prioritas utama perbaikan karena berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggan secara efektif.

Operational performance is an important factor in supporting business process effectiveness and the competitiveness of manufacturing companies. Koperasi Industri Batur Jaya, a metal casting company, faces various operational challenges related to production planning, raw material inventory management, product quality control, customer order fulfillment, and on-time delivery. This study aims to analyze the operational performance of Koperasi Industri Batur Jaya using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) 14.0 model and to identify performance indicators that should be prioritized for operational improvement. Performance measurement was conducted using eleven Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that were validated by the researcher and company management. The results indicate that the company has been able to perform all analyzed operational processes; however, performance achievements vary across processes. Positive performance was observed in the Source process, with a raw material inventory turnover rate of 12.11 times per year, and in the Return process, which has an established mechanism for handling defective products through rework and remelting. The main challenge was identified in the Plan process, where production planning is still carried out intuitively based on experience. This condition affects the Transform process, as reflected by an underproduction rate of 7.37%, an overproduction rate of 2.75%, and a defect rate of 2.54%. These issues also affect the Order process, resulting in a customer order fulfillment rate of 89.88%, and contribute to delivery delays in the Fulfill process. Based on the analysis, production planning accuracy, underproduction rate, and delivery timeliness were identified as the top priorities for improvement, as they significantly influence the company’s ability to effectively meet customer requirements.
