Nilai perusahaan diproksikan dengan Tobin's Q, sedangkan variabel kontrol meliputi Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), dan firm size.

This study aims to analyze the effect of ESG Score on firm value and to examine the role of Sustainable Growth Rate (SGR) as a moderating variable in publicly listed companies in the Asia-Pacific region during 2019-2024. The study uses secondary panel data obtained from the Refinitiv database, with a final sample of 7,785 observations from 2,629 companies. Firm value is proxied by Tobin's Q, while the control variables include Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), and firm size. The analysis is conducted using panel data regression with a Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) approach, and the selected final model is the Fixed Effects Model (FEM) with clustered standard errors. The results show that ESG Score has a negative and significant effect on firm value, SGR has no significant direct effect, but SGR significantly moderates the relationship between ESG Score and firm value with a negative moderating effect. In addition, DER and ROA have a positive and significant effect, while firm size has a negative and significant effect on firm value. These findings indicate that the relationship between ESG Score and firm value in the Asia-Pacific region is not always linear and is influenced by the firm's internal conditions, particularly its sustainable growth capacity.
