The purpose of this research is to know the influence of interactive selfconcept (physic self-concept, psychics self-concept, social self-concept, and morale self-concept) and perception about double-role of working-mother (perception involves children care, marriages with husband, sharing household tasks, and mother healthy) toward fear of success (fear of competency, fear of, independence, fear of competition, and fear of intellectual performance). Beside those the research also examine the differences between being fear of success and its aspects at two school that have the distinct system. The hypothesis is the self-concept and perception about double role of working-mother that are able to support each other involving formed the fear of success. The subject of research is 77 girl-teenagers who are schooling at coeducation school and non-coeducation school, both of them at the district of Sleman, Yogyakarta. Regression analysis shows that there is significant relationship between self- concept and perception about double role of working-mother with the fear of success. Self-concept influences negatively against the emerging fear of success. Such was the case of perception about double role of career-mother that it has negatively correlation to fear of success. The result of analysis of variance shows that there is no difference between fear of success and their aspects (fear of competency, independence, competition, and intellectual performance) at school of coeducation and noncoeducation.
