Multiplier sebesar 0,30; Ratio Income Multiplier Tipe I sebesar
belum integratif.
Halal religious tourism has grown rapidly as part
of urban tourism and holds potential as a driver of local economic development.
However, its economic benefits are often not optimally circulated among
communities surrounding the destination. This study aims to identify the
factors influencing tourists’ revisit intention to Masjid Raya Al-Jabbar,
measure the economic impact of tourist visits through the multiplier effect,
and analyze the relationship between determinants of revisit intention and the
resulting economic impact. The study employs PLS-SEM to examine relationships
among behavioral variables and applies economic multiplier effect analysis,
supported by triangulated interviews with MSME actors and site managers.
The results indicate that revisit intention is
significantly influenced by halal attitude, halal subjective norms, halal
perceived behavioral control, and halal destination image. In contrast, halal destination services and performance, tourist satisfaction, and visiting interest do not significantly
affect revisit intention, and all indirect effect paths are found to be
insignificant. From an economic perspective, the
Keynesian Local Income Multiplier of 0.29; the Type I Ratio Income Multiplier
of 2.84; and the Type II Ratio Income Multiplier of 3.55 indicate that tourism
activity generates a fairly substantial total economic impact, but the
circulation of income that is actually retained at the local level remains
limited. This condition suggests that the economic benefits of tourism have not
yet been distributed optimally among local economic actors. The relationship between revisit
intention determinants and economic impact shows that revisit intention
functions as a demand-side factor capable of maintaining visitor flow
and consumption stability, which is crucial for local MSMEs dependent on
tourism. Nevertheless, sustainable economic impact does not automatically
increase despite high revisit intention, as structural constraints such as
economic leakage, weak local linkages, and non-integrated governance persist.
