Primary Antiphospholipid Syndrome is an autoimmune disorder characterized by antiphospholipid antibodies and an increased risk of thrombotic and vascular complications. Although more commonly reported in adults, it can also occur in children, often with heterogeneous and non- specific manifestations such as joint pain or Raynaud phenomenon, which may delay diagnosis. Raynaud phenomenon may represent early microvascular involvement and can be an initial vascular manifestation, while thrombotic events are not always evident during the early disease course. Given the potential for late complications and the limited data in pediatric populations, this longitudinal case report describes the clinical presentation, disease course, and response to management to enhance clinical awareness of this condition.
